We do not offer refunds; we offer store credit only. We gladly offer exchanges on non-clearance items or items that have not been discounted.

We are committed to bringing you the best fashion at the best prices while providing you with a great customer experience. As such, Jazzies does not issue refunds, only store credit.
All items are carefully inspected and approved before being sent to you. Any item found to be less than satisfactory is not sent out.

Exchange Process:

  • Please contact customer service, via e-mail, within 24 hours of your order having been shown as delivered based on the time stamp on the USPS website.
  • Items must be mailed back (post marked) within the next two days after return approval. Items received with a postmark date past the mail back deadline may be refused and returned to sender. Costs associated with shipping items back for exchange/store credit/new order are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise you to use a traceable shipping method to protect and ensure your returned items reach us. We are not liable for lost returns.
  • Packages sent back beyond the indicated postmark date will be refused and returned to sender (all cost associated with such actions will be the sole responsibility of the buyer).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Please take care when trying items on, as items damaged during try on are will not be accepted for exchange.

Please note that if there is any perfume, smoke, or any other odors on the returned item it will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we will be unable to issue an exchange or store credit.

All returns are processed as store credit only.

All purchases made with store credit or exchanges are final.

Please adhere to the above policy as we reserve the right to refuse an issued credit if packages are sent back to us outside the terms of our Exchange Policy.

Issued store credits are redeemable at Please treat codes like cash. Jazzies Boutique  is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplace codes. The code is good for one time use and must be used in its entirety before the inclusion of shipping and handling costs. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with a discount or coupon code.
